HOW TO CHOOSE THE SUITABLE SUCTION FORCE OF MAGNET BOX
This is necessary to comprehensively consider the production process of precast concrete products, such as fixed platform or vibration platform, rebar spacing, steam kiln temperature, shuttering height, embedded parts specifications.
For example, the suction force of magnet box is recommended to be 600-800kg for the production of composite slabs on fixed platform, and the use spacing of the magnet box is adjusted according to the height of the shuttering (generally 1-1.5meters one pc), in the production on vibration platform, 1000 kg magnetic box is more suitable. When producing wall panel,1350 kg magnet box is suggested; When producing prefabricated beams, columns or other special-shaped components, 1800-2100kg magnet boxes with customized adapter is recommended
Main Application and characteristics of shuttering magnet
Precast concrete magent box is designed for fixing precast concrete shuttering . Compared with the traditional way of screwing nut and other machanical fixing away . We find the following advantages of shuttering magents.

Main Instruction
Our SAIXIN magnet box is made of permanent neodymium magnets , which has very strong holding force. With the ON/OFF button to control the internal magnetic strength, the magent blocks can be at work or closed state , without external power supply . When magnet box is at work state , the touching surface hold tightly onto the platform . When using lever to pull up the botton , most of the holding force is shielded and greatly reduceed , so the magnet box can be removed easily .
(1) The suction of magnet box is based on thickness and smooth degree of the platform, the thicker and smoother the better. And lateral shear force depends on the suction of magnet box and the friction coefficient of the touching surface.
(2)Two screws on two sides of the magnet box can be connected with different adapter, fix different formworks, such as steel angle, steel channel, etc.
(3)SAIXIN® magnet box is made of permanent neodymium magnets, In theory, if the MAX working temperature is below 80℃ and the magnet is not damaged or corroded, the suction will be lasted forever.
